What does Hot Position mean?
Hot Positions are openings we are actively hiring for. However, we accept applications year-round for all onboard positions.
How do I know you received my application?
Once you have applied for a position and clicked “Send My Info” you will receive an email confirmation. It’s that simple! We then have your application on file and generally review applications within two weeks. If your qualifications are match, we will be in contact to set up an interview.
I applied for a position but I haven’t been contacted for an interview. What can I do?
We are unable to contact every candidate. If we want to move forward in the interview process, we will contact you.
I AM APPLYING FOR A POSITION POSTED ON THE CAREERS PAGE BUT I DON’T SEE IT UNDER THE DESIRED POSITION FIELD. WHAT CAN I DO?

When do you interview/hire crew for the summer season?
We are a seasonal company and do most of our crew hiring for our summer season at the beginning of the year (January – March). Our summer season typically begins in March/April and goes until September/October.
Can I call or email to check on my application?
There is no need to call or email to check on your application. If you received the email confirmation after you applied, we have your application on file.
