HOT POSITIONS - at Sea

Assistant Engineer
The Assistant Engineer is responsible for assisting the Chief Engineer in the maintenance, operation, and repair of all vessel electrical and mechanical systems onboard ships. The Assistant Engineer reports to the Chief Engineer and will assist the Master in communicating and enforcing all company policies and procedures. Complete job description

Chef
The Chef is responsible for overseeing all staff and functions within the galley. The Chef will coordinate and participate in all galley activities in regard to food preparation, inventory, ordering, and cleaning under the direction of the Hotel Manager. Complete job description

Licensed Deckhand
The Licensed Deckhand is responsible for maintenance and cleaning of the interior/exterior of the vessel, and assisting with small boat operations/driving small boats with guests. In addition, the deckhand will assist with bridge watch/navigation, perform hourly security patrols including nightly engine room inspections, and assist with general boat operations. Steward
The Steward is a multi-talented and hard-working position. Main job responsibilities include: meal services, cleaning of guest cabins and interior public spaces, assisting with bartending/cocktail service, and occasional galley duties. Business Development Director, East (Eastern U.S. and Canada)
We are searching for a dynamic proven travel industry sales professional who possesses independent decision-making, communication and organizational skills as well as advanced product training abilities. A primary duty is developing FIT, group and charter business in the eastern United States and Canada, namely New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Washington D.C., Massachusetts, Ontario, and Quebec. Port Captain, Seattle
The Port Captain serves the primary Nautical Operations liaison for the company’s non-US flagged SOLAS vessel the Safari Voyager. The Port Captain is the direct supervisor of the Captain(s) of the Safari Voyager and assists with ensuring that vessel is crewed, operated, and maintained in accordance with regulatory requirements, company standards, and customer expectations.
