We are a seasonal company and do most of our hiring for our summer season at the beginning of the year. However, we accept applications year-round to fill open positions. HOT POSITIONS - at Sea
The Deckhand-Licensed is responsible for maintenance and cleaning of the interior/exterior of the vessel, and assisting with small boat operations/driving small boats with guests. In addition, the deckhand will assist with bridge watch/navigation, perform hourly security patrols including nightly engine room inspections, and assist with general boat operations. Nautical Operations Manager, Seattle
The Nautical Operations Manager (NOM) helps Nautical Operations Manager helps ensure the onboard Deck Department is crewed in accordance with regulatory requirements, company standards, and guest expectations. The Nautical Operations Manager acts as the shoreside point of contact for all Mates and Deckhands, providing scheduling, development, technical, and operational support. The NOM supports the development and execution of deck training and operational materials that promote the safe, cost effective, and environmentally sound marine transport of guests and crew on company vessels. UnCruise Adventures, based in Seattle, Washington is searching for a seasoned, dynamic, proven travel industry executive who possesses independent decision-making and negotiating skills, sales experience in both domestic and international travel, as well as supervising a team of outside sales professionals (Business Development Directors). The Senior Director of Global Sales is ultimately responsible for all domestic and international retail trade relations, national account development, oversight related to partners such as wholesalers, marketing organizations/consortia and niche markets.
