The Chef is responsible for overseeing all staff and functions within the galley. The Chef will coordinate and participate in all galley activities in regard to food preparation, inventory, ordering, and cleaning under the direction of the Hotel Manager. Complete job description
Deckhand-Licensed The Deckhand-Licensed is responsible for maintenance and cleaning of the interior/exterior of the vessel, and assisting with small boat operations/driving small boats with guests. Pastry Chef The Pastry Chef is responsible for overseeing all baking and related preparation and presentation (primarily breads, pastries and dessert). The Pastry Chef will also assist the Chef with preparing crew meals, preparing and presenting savory items, plate-up and galley cleaning as assigned. Sous Chef The Sous Chef is responsible for assisting the entire galley team in all food preparation and galley sanitation efforts; this includes prep, production, plate up, and clean-up of six meals per day (3 guest meals, 3 crew meals). This multi-tasking position will also assist in the preparation and service of baked goods, all crew meals, and must be capable of executing a variety of cooking skills on a daily basis. Senior Director of Global Sales
UnCruise Adventures, based in Seattle, Washington is searching for a seasoned, dynamic, proven travel industry executive who possesses independent decision-making and negotiating skills, sales experience in both domestic and international travel, as well as supervising a team of outside sales professionals (Business Development Directors).
The Senior Director of Global Sales is ultimately responsible for all domestic and international retail trade relations, national account development, oversight related to partners such as wholesalers, marketing organizations/consortia and niche markets. Market segments include incentive, alumni/association/non-profit, and specialty travel such as women’s groups, wellness, etc. This position watches over the ongoing goal achievements ascribed to retail agency preferred partnerships and oversees annual or new contract negotiations and marketing plan budget development.
