The Chef is responsible for overseeing all staff and functions within the galley. The Chef will coordinate and participate in all galley activities in regard to food preparation, inventory, ordering, and cleaning under the direction of the Hotel Manager. Complete job description

The Deckhand-Licensed is responsible for maintenance and cleaning of the interior/exterior of the vessel, and assisting with small boat operations/driving small boats with guests. In addition, the deckhand will assist with bridge watch/navigation, perform hourly security patrols including nightly engine room inspections, and assist with general boat operations. Pastry Chef
The Pastry Chef is responsible for overseeing all baking and related preparation and presentation (primarily breads, pastries and dessert). The Pastry Chef will also assist the Chef with preparing crew meals, preparing and presenting savory items, plate-up and galley cleaning as assigned. Sous Chef
The Sous Chef is responsible for assisting the entire galley team in all food preparation and galley sanitation efforts; this includes prep, production, plate up, and clean-up of six meals per day (3 guest meals, 3 crew meals). This multi-tasking position will also assist in the preparation and service of baked goods, all crew meals, and must be capable of executing a variety of cooking skills on a daily basis. The Steward is a multi-talented and hard-working position. Main job responsibilities include: meal services, cleaning of guest cabins and interior public spaces, assisting with bartending/cocktail service, and occasional galley duties. Inventory Manager, Seattle
The Inventory Manager ensures that company inventory levels are optimized to support the needs of the vessels in an efficient and cost-effective manner. The Inventory Manager is responsible for SKU creation and maintenance, inventory replenishment, and oversight and execution of cycle counts and annual inventory programs. Sales Manager, Groups & Charters, Seattle
The Sales Manager, Groups & Charters is responsible for establishing new and strengthening existing sales relationships with businesses who have a proven track record of promoting and producing group travel or private charters, and with new marketing and distribution partners in tourism and other sectors that can attract groups of travelers. Success within different market niches is preferred, i.e. incentive, multi-generational family travel, association/non-profit, weddings/honeymoons, corporate meetings/retreats, sports/recreation, etc. This position also engages retail agencies that belong to marketing organizations and inspires them to understand the benefits of marketing and selling group travel, as UnCruise Adventures is a preferred supplier for all major U.S. and Canadian travel consortia and many affiliated agencies, such as Virtuoso, Signature, AAA, Travel Leaders and Ensemble. Senior Director of Global Sales
UnCruise Adventures, based in Seattle, Washington is searching for a seasoned, dynamic, proven travel industry executive who possesses independent decision-making and negotiating skills, sales experience in both domestic and international travel, as well as supervising a team of outside sales professionals (Business Development Directors).

The Senior Director of Global Sales is ultimately responsible for all domestic and international retail trade relations, national account development, oversight related to partners such as wholesalers, marketing organizations/consortia and niche markets. Market segments include incentive, alumni/association/non-profit, and specialty travel such as women’s groups, wellness, etc. This position watches over the ongoing goal achievements ascribed to retail agency preferred partnerships and oversees annual or new contract negotiations and marketing plan budget development. Preferred agreements with individual agencies, whether consortia members or not, also fall under the purview of this position.

Candidates for this position are to demonstrate exceptional and multi-dimensional skills in the areas of strategic planning, problem solving, complaint resolution, multiple account accountability, supervision of dispersed staff, prioritization, public speaking and presentation skills and an ability to communicate essential brand characteristics powerfully, concisely, confidently and consistently.
