We are actively hiring for the "Hot Positions" listed below. For all other positions, we are always looking for qualified people to fill unexpected holes and will continue to interview throughout the season as needed.

# HOT POSITIONS - at Sea

Chef
The Chef is responsible for overseeing all staff and functions within the galley. The Chef will coordinate and participate in all galley activities in regard to food preparation, inventory, ordering, and cleaning under the direction of the Hotel Manager. Click here for more information

Chief Engineer
The Chief Engineer is responsible for maintenance, operation, and repair of all vessel electrical and mechanical systems onboard ships. The Chief Engineer works in conjunction with the Assistant Engineer when applicable. The Chief Engineer reports to the Master of the vessel and will assist the Master in communicating and enforcing all company policies and procedures. Click here for more information

Deckhand-AB
The Deckhand-AB is responsible for maintenance and cleaning of the interior/exterior of the vessel and assisting with small boat operations and kayak operations. In addition, the AB will assist with bridge watch/navigation, perform hourly security patrols including nightly engine room inspections, and assist with general boat operations. Deckhand - Licensed
The Licensed Deckhand is responsible for maintenance and cleaning of the interior/exterior of the vessel, and assisting with small boat operations/driving small boats with guests. In addition, the deckhand will assist with bridge watch/navigation, perform hourly security patrols including nightly engine room inspections, and assist with general boat operations. Hotel Manager
The position of Hotel Manager is responsible for the overall operations of the hotel department. This includes overseeing the dining room, galley, bartender (and beverage program), and housekeeping, as well as all guest service needs as they relate to the hotel department. Pastry Chef
The Pastry Chef is responsible for overseeing all baking and related preparation and presentation (primarily breads, pastries and dessert). He/she will also assist the Chef with crew meals, plate-up and galley cleaning as assigned. This includes some dishwashing responsibilities throughout the day. Click here for more information

Senior Bosun
The Senior Bosun is responsible for the care and maintenance of the vessel’s inflatable boats, rescue boat, and related gear such as outboard motors, tool kits, fuel, fuel tanks, collapsible anchors, and the crane used for raising/lowering the inflatable boats and kayaks. The Senior Bosun oversees the AB staff and also assists with vessel maintenance and general operations. Click here for more information

Steward
The Steward is a multi-talented and hard-working position. Main job responsibilities include: meal services, cleaning of guest cabins and interior public spaces, assisting with bartending/cocktail service, and occasional galley duties. Click here for more information

# HOT POSITIONS - on Land

Email Marketing Specialist, Seattle
We are looking to hire an experienced, fulltime, creative, analytical, self-starting email marketing ace to own our MAP campaigns and data, B2B/B2C emails, and to contribute to a high-functioning marketing team in Seattle. Core responsibilities of the Email Marketing Specialist directly contribute to the achievement of company qualified lead acquisition and revenue goals and provide insight to management through analytics and reporting. Group Sales Specialist, Seattle
The Group Sales Specialist is responsible for establishing new, and strengthening existing, sales relationships with businesses that have a proven track record of promoting and producing group travel or private charters. The Group Sales Specialist will be the first point of contact for group leads via website, email or direct calls into the reservations office. Click here for more information

Port Engineer, Seattle
The Port Engineer is responsible for planning and managing maintenance and repair work of all vessel electrical and mechanical systems onboard assigned company ships. This position also includes daily management of multiple shipboard Chief Engineers and Assistant Engineers. Click here for more information

Purchasing Expeditor, Seattle
The Purchasing Expeditor is responsible for pick up, transport, and delivery of parts and sundries to the company offices, warehouses, airport and/or vessels. This position will use a computer as needed for purchasing research and conducting company business. Click here for more information

Sales Counselor, Seattle
The major function of this position is working with guests, travel agents and wholesale partners over the phone and through email to share the Un-Cruise Adventures small ship soft adventure experience. Click here for more information

Specialty Cruise Coordinator, Seattle
The Specialty Cruise Coordinator ensures seamless communications, planning, implementation, and assessment processes for all Un-Cruise Adventures groups, charters, and theme cruises. Click here for more information

Video and Image Specialist, Seattle
The Video and Image Specialist acts as company photographer and videographer, works with the the Public Relations/Marketing teams and is the hands-on creator and manager of all visual assets. Click here for more information
