Travel Agents Earn Bonus Commission on Mexico and Hawaii Un-Cruise Adventures

10-03-2012

Guests enjoy travel credit on bookings made by Nov. 30, 2012

InnerSea Discoveries + American Safari Cruises announces a $100 per person bonus commission for travel agents booking Un-Cruise Adventures in Mexico’s Sea of Cortés and the Hawaiian Islands this winter. The line is also offering a travel credit savings for guests.

Travel agents with a deposited booking between October 1 and November 30, 2012 will earn a bonus commission of $100 per guest. To help agents close the sale, guests will receive a $300 travel credit for Mexico and $500 travel credit for Hawaii on bookings made by November 30, 2012. Travel credits are per couple for new bookings. Both the travel credit and the bonus commission are for Luxury Adventures departing November 2012-April 2013.

The 86-guest Safari Endeavour will spend its first winter exploring wildlife rich Sea of Cortés on weeklong Baja’s Bounty expeditions roundtrip La Paz, Baja, Mexico. Transfers are included from either Los Cabos or La Paz airports. Highlights include a tour of quaint Loreto, snorkeling with sea lions, water sports activities, and viewing Manta rays, dolphins and whales.

The 36-guest Safari Explorer embarks on its second season of Hawaiian Islands cruises sailing seven-night inclusive Hawaiian Seascapes adventures between Hawaii, the Big Island and Lana’i (and reverse) with two days of cultural activities on Moloka’i. Flexible yacht itineraries focus on the leeward side of the eastern-most Hawaiian Islands.

“With our growth and increased capacity for winter time Un-Cruise Adventures, it’s important for us to engage our travel agent partners about our new offerings,” said Tim Jacox, executive vice president of sales and marketing. “We value the time it takes agents to learn all the nuances and differences associated with our style of adventures. Adventure travel from a comfortable, flexible platform such as our yachts and expedition vessels has reached new heights of popularity – accentuated by lucrative agency commissions.”

Travel agents interested in becoming certified Adventurists with InnerSea Discoveries/American Safari Cruises can register online and take a series of webinars. Adventurists earn bonus commissions and are listed on the line’s website for referral. Other benefits include reduced rate travel, advance notice on special offers, entry into a drawing for a free cruise each year and a framed Adventurist certificate. All commissions are issued to the agency.

In the Hawaiian Islands and the Sea of Cortés, guests can be as active as they like and activities include trekking, beachcombing, kayaking, paddle boarding, sailing, snorkeling and skiff excursions. Expert naturalists provide interpretation on guided excursions ashore and at sea. The unstructured itinerary allows time for viewing wildlife such as whales and dolphins.

Cruise fares start at US$4,995 in Hawaii and US$2,995 in the Sea of Cortés based on double occupancy. The inclusive cruise includes all from-the-yacht activities and equipment; massage; yoga; transfers; exquisite meals; fine wine, premium spirits and microbrews; and all port charges, taxes and fees. An all-American crew has a guest-crew ratio of about 2 to 1. Yachts can be booked as a private charter or by individual stateroom.
